Professional-Grade Dryerbox for 2x4 Upward Venting
The Dryerbox 350 Recessed Dryer Vent Box is designed specifically for upward dryer exhaust installations in standard 2x4 walls. Its shallow 3½" depth allows the box to fit within the limited space of a 2x4 stud cavity while recessing the dryer connection into the wall.
Designed Specifically for 2x4 Walls
A standard 2x4 wall provides limited depth for a 4" dryer exhaust duct. To accommodate this restricted space, the Dryerbox 350 uses an oval-shaped top port measuring 4⅞" × 3⅛".
The oval opening is intentional and allows the 4" exhaust connection to fit within the shallower 2x4 wall cavity. This is an important distinction between the 350 and deeper Dryerbox models designed for 2x6 construction.
