The DryerJack 486 installs on sloped roofs by sliding the flashing under existing shingles and mechanically fastening to the roof deck. Roofing cement is applied beneath and around the flashing for a watertight seal. The extended collar provides a secure duct connection while the built-in damper and pest protection help prevent unwanted entry.
